Our professional certified team members are trained to provide solutions for all electronic repair needs.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Do you have an eye for detail and a sixth sense for market success? Phone Medic’s savvy Store Managers translate the plan into action when it comes to exceptional sales and service. Whether it’s motivating people on the frontlines, streamlining store operations, or showcasing your knack for effective merchandising you’ll forge our business strategy into the best customer experience across several Phone Medic locations in your territory.  As a Store Manager you’ll own the sales and operations for a Phone Medic location, keeping close tabs on each one’s ability to deliver an exceptional customer experience. You’ll build and coach a stellar team who’ll operate the day-to-day details with your support. From backend operations, salesmanship to electronic repairs, you’ll assess each Team Members overall performance to identify areas of improvement and respond quickly. And, with the same razor-sharp focus, you’ll celebrate successes to reinforce your team’s talent and training. People who excel as Store Managers have a natural ability to lead leaders and instill confidence in people around them. In this role, you’ll act as an enthusiastic coach to motivate your team to learn, strive for improvement, and feel a real sense of pride in pleasing customers. You’ll maintain grace under pressure, with an honest attitude and an informal style that sets the stage to “get the job done.” This position also demands that you be diligent about tracking numbers-making clear sense of the financial data and making your next action plan. With an eye on the big picture, and a constant tally on the specifics, you’ll steer the way to success.

SUMMARY:

Phone Medic Store Manager, is essential to the growth of our company as you will be responsible for generating sales through the building of relationships with the surrounding community, clients, and other businesses. As a Phone Medic Store Manager, you will lead a team of Certified Technicians to meet and exceed expectations in Customer Service, Repair Service Workmanship, Retail sales and profitability. This is a fast passed and highly visible position that requires a competitive, energetic, and outgoing team leader that is self-motivated.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Consistently reach and exceed monthly sales goals
  • Successfully develop your client base by identifying new prospects and strategizing outside sales initiatives
  • Ensure exceptional Customer Service at all times
  • Coach, train, and motivate a team of Certified Technicians to perform in Sales, Customer Service, and Repair Workmanship.
  • Create a positive and professional customer experience/atmosphere.
  • Must troubleshoot, diagnose, repair and process transactions for customers.
  • Utilize and teach our proprietary Customer Experience Process on every customer interaction.
  • Speak with customers and assist them with their phone problems by repair, education, or replacement.
  • Use repair equipment that requires safe handling procedures.
  • Offer and demonstrate various retail products to customers such as Phones, Accessories, Insurance, or any other products sold by Phone Medic.
  • Ensure accurate paperwork and reporting of transactions and sales metrics.
  • Ensure accurate inventory and properly steer store cost and revenue to success.
  • Perform, investigate, and report inventory counts.
  • Oversee store maintenance and appearance to company standards
  • Assist with all functions within a retail store in compliance with Phone Medic’s policies and procedures.
  • Must be punctual at all times.
  • Store Managers assist in all assignments and projects assigned by the District Manager.

QUALIFICATIONS / REQUIREMENTS:

  • High school diploma or equivalent and 2-5 years related experience in the wireless industry
  • Experience as a sales manager or sales leader required
  • Previous repair experience and outside sales experience is a plus but not required
  • Outstanding customer service skills
  • Excellent organizational, time management, and problem solving skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Must be available to work on-call as required
  • Must be professional in demeanor and appearance
  • Strong verbal communication skills
  • Energetic and positive attitude
  • Availability in flexible scheduling; reliable transportation
  • Knowledge of wireless communication
  • Ability to work with tools and repair equipment
  • Basic computer skills
  • Bilingual in Spanish and English is a Plus

PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

  • Must be able to stand for long periods of time (up to 9 hours) on the sales floor
  • Must be able to move and/or lift up to 25 pounds
